About the Accommodation
Always clients are advised to be careful about companies who promote themselves using their own lodges as well as private tents. These might be private and of good quality but depending on what you would like for the safari, they might not be optimal enough. They might be far from the region being visited which might not be beneficial to you as a client. Many companies might want to send you to their private lodges and tents, not for the interest of you to enjoy the activities but to reduce costs.
We at Go Tanzania Safari, use and promote several accommodation facilities, some of which are owned by other tour companies, but we give you the most honest view about all the hotels and lodges and choose whether to stay with them depending on the main focus of the safari.

Most of the eco lodges are known to be community projects that are set up to create sustainability as well as resolving challenges that face Africa’s tribal communities that are giving up their traditional ways for the alternative opportunities within the city and away from the homelands. These challenges create a social, economic and cultural vacuum with in the fabric of the existing tribes, local communities & eco lodges whose relationships have been forged for many years.
The community based projects aim at creating a long term balance between modernity and traditions, as they maintain authenticity. The guests during their stay at the eco lodges ate members of the surrounding tribes or their distant relatives from other locations of the country. The traditional tribal attires use skills of learning on their land, schools, accommodation or from their rites, by this they aim to deliver Africa’s eco-tourism experiences with the carbon foot print or the environment impact. The revenue that is generated from the clients stay is given back to the community and into the conservation of the land, wildlife and its habitants.
